NoohraLearn is a digital learning platform that provides online courses, mentorship, and community features to help individuals build remote freelance careers. Our services include course content, mentorship support, community forums, and related educational resources.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly (₦3,000) and annual (₦30,000) subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, images, and materials, is the property of NoohraLearn or its content providers and is protected by copyright laws. You may:

  • Access and view content for personal, non-commercial use
  • Download materials for offline viewing (where permitted)

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share course content with others
  • Use content for commercial purposes without permission
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Create derivative works based on our content

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post spam, malicious content, or inappropriate material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

7. Mentorship and Community

Our mentorship and community features are designed to provide support and guidance. Mentors provide advice based on their experience, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NoohraLearn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for the outcomes of your freelance career.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoohraLearn and Noohra Innovate LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
