How do I sign up for NoohraLearn?
Click on "Sign Up" in the top navigation bar, fill in your name, email, and password, then verify your email address. It's completely free to create an account!
Do I need to subscribe to access courses?
You can preview courses for free, but to access full course content, enroll in courses, chat with mentors, and participate in the forum, you'll need an active subscription. We offer monthly (₦3,000) and annual (₦30,000) plans.
What's the difference between monthly and annual subscription?
Both plans give you full access to all features. The annual plan (₦30,000) saves you ₦6,000 compared to paying monthly for 12 months. Choose the plan that works best for you!

What courses are available?
We offer courses in web development, data science, video editing, graphic design, copywriting, virtual assistance, and social media management. New courses are added regularly!
Can I preview courses before subscribing?
Yes! All courses have free previews available. You can see course descriptions, outlines, and sample content before deciding to subscribe.
How long do I have access to courses?
As long as your subscription is active, you have unlimited access to all courses. You can learn at your own pace and revisit content anytime.
Are the courses self-paced?
Yes! All courses are self-paced. Learn when it's convenient for you, pause and resume as needed, and take as much time as you need to master the skills.
Mentorship & Support
How does the chat with mentor feature work?
Once subscribed, you can access "Chat with Mentor" from the navigation. You'll be connected with an expert mentor who can help with profile creation, portfolio building, pricing strategies, and answer any questions you have.
What kind of help can mentors provide?
Our mentors help with setting up professional profiles on Fiverr, Upwork, and other platforms, building portfolios, pricing your services, handling client communications, and general freelancing advice.
Is the forum included with subscription?
Yes! Subscribers get full access to our community forum where you can ask questions, share experiences, and connect with other learners and successful freelancers.
Payment & Subscription
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Paystack, which supports major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Will I be charged automatically?
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month, and annual subscriptions renew yearly. You can cancel anytime before the renewal date.
What happens if my subscription expires?
If your subscription expires, you'll lose access to full course content, mentorship, and forum participation. You can still preview courses and resubscribe anytime to regain full access.
