How to Subscribe
- Make sure you have a NoohraLearn account
- Visit the Subscribe page
- Choose between monthly or annual plan
- Click "Subscribe" and complete the secure payment through Paystack
- Once payment is confirmed, you'll have immediate access to all features
Payment Methods
We accept payments through Paystack, which supports:
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Bank transfers
- Mobile money (where available)
All transactions are processed securely and encrypted. We never store your payment information.
Managing Your Subscription
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You'll be charged automatically using your payment method on file.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access until then.
Subscription Expiration
If your subscription expires, you'll lose access to full course content, mentorship, and forum participation. You can still preview courses and resubscribe anytime to regain full access.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. If you experience any issues with your subscription or payment, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
